Why this site exists

Specification review before samples, not after tooling

Most display problems in embedded products are decided long before a purchase order is raised. A backlight chosen for an indoor lab bench that ends up in direct sunlight. A capacitive sensor specified without the glove requirement. An FPC tail leaving the module on the wrong side of the bracket.

Scope, stated plainly. The published catalogue covers 0.96–1.77 inch and 2.0–3.5 inch. Larger diagonals are handled as ODM development projects against a defined specification and forecast — not quoted from stock.

Common questions

What information should I send for a display recommendation?

Target size, resolution, host interface, brightness requirement, touch method, operating environment, mechanical limits and estimated annual quantity. If any of these are still open, say so — an assumption stated explicitly is far easier to correct than one hidden inside a quotation.

What sizes can you actually supply?

The published catalogue covers 10 diagonals from 0.96 to 3.5 inch with documented specifications, drawings and sample availability. Larger diagonals are handled as ODM development projects against a defined specification and forecast, rather than quoted as stock items.

Can I order samples before mass production?

Yes. Standard module samples can be arranged for evaluation, with datasheets, drawings and basic integration guidance provided before a pilot order.

Which display interfaces do you support?

RGB, LVDS, MIPI, SPI and MCU directly, plus HDMI or UART via a controller board. The right choice depends on the host processor and target resolution — see the interface selection hub or review TFT LCD driver and controller boards when signal conversion is required.

Can the touch panel, cover lens and FPC be customised?

Yes. PCAP or RTP touch, cover lens shape and printing, FPC direction and length, connector position, backlight and interface board can all be reviewed. FPC and connector changes should be settled before tooling — see the FPC and pinout hub.

What affects MOQ and lead time?

Whether the module is standard or customised, material availability, tooling requirements, sample quantity and the production schedule at the time of order.

How do you support quality and long-term supply?
